Thank you for shopping with Harvst Outdoors. We are committed to getting your order processed and shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During peak seasons, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability, size, or fulfillment location.

Post Office Boxes

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we may contact you for an alternate shipping address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Harvst Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Harvst Outdoors is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, destination, or applicable laws and regulations.
