HARVST Outdoors – 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

HARVST Outdoors warrants to the original retail purchaser that this hunting blind is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase when used under normal hunting conditions and cared for according to product instructions.

What we will do: At our option, we will repair or replace the product (or the defective part) with the same or a comparable product if a defect is confirmed. Replacement items may be new or refurbished.

What is not covered (exclusions): This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by leaving the blind set up outdoors for more than sixty (60) consecutive days (including, but not limited to, UV fading/brittleness, fabric breakdown, seam/tape failure, corrosion, mold/mildew, or wind-related damage).
  • Damage from severe weather, wind, storms, flooding, fire, or falling limbs.
  • Damage caused by animals, pests, or rodents.
  • Misuse, neglect, improper setup/anchoring, improper storage, modifications, or repairs not authorized by HARVST Outdoors.
  • Cosmetic wear such as fading, scratches, stains, or normal wear and tear. How to make a claim: Email info@cahabarivergroup.com with (1) proof of purchase, (2) photos/video of the issue, and (3) the product model/serial or lot code (if applicable). Shipping/handling terms may apply.

Limitations: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion/limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you
